Equipment Rentals
Renting is another way of using the TRU system. Some organizations may wish to "kick the tires" before investing in an advanced technology system such as TRU. Others may not wish to purchase at all, but rent periodically or indefinitely.

TreeRadar has a flexible rental program whose main components are:

  • The hardware portion of the TRU system is shipped to the renter
  • A video, showing the field data acquisition protocol, is included as a training aid
  • Telephone support is included
  • All radar data files are sent to TreeRadar, either via web-based e-mail or by transfer to TreeRadar's FTP site, or by overnight carrier (with the data contained on a CD or USB hard drive stick)
  • TreeRadar personnel, using the TreeWin software package, analyze the data and
    e-mail a graphical report back to the renter, usually within 48 hours

Leasing
